Problem with rewards from credit card. Someone logged into my account back in XX/XX/year> and redeemed XXXX points on my Chase account for XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX My email was also compromised as all emails around that date have been deleted. Since it was long ago. XXXX can not provide records as they only keep 30 days. First noticed this on XX/XX/XXXX and called into chase. After review they said since it went to my email, there was nothing I could do but file an appeal. Filed an appeal and was told that I needed to provide supporting documentation, to which I stated how am I supposed to provide proof that my account was compromised? I sent in screenshots of the deleted emails and an email from XX/XX/XXXX that shows my Chase account was accessed from a new device. I sent in doc
