Credit reporting — Experian Information Solutions Inc. (CA)

No notice of investigation status/result. I submitted a dispute with Experian, as my report contained multiple entries of erroneous information. Experian responded back refusing to investigate the errors stating that my dispute was somehow fraudulent and bewilderingly claimed that it was not me who was submitting the dispute ( see attached response from Experian ). This is a flagrant violation of the FCRAI have also included a copy of my original dispute letter to Experian that has my identification information and the list of disputed accounts.
