Attempted to collect wrong amount. Asset Acceptance is reporting the incorrect Date of First Delinquency for XXXX accounts on my credit reports. They are reporting the dates of first delinquency as XX/XX/XXXX. I have contacted the original creditor XXXX XXXX and have both verbally verified and now have physical proof that the date of first delinquency is XX/XX/XXXX. I have contacted Asset Acceptance Corp. on numerous occasions and given them a chance to rectify this. I have contacted them personally and I have contacted them through and with customer service representatives from XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. When I provided the proof to the representatives from the credit bureaus, they even agreed with me that Asset was reporting incorrect information. I am tired of going around in circles with the
