I am filing this complaint against Equifax for their failure to respond to my dispute letter dated XX/XX/year>, in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), specifically 15 U.S.C. 1681i, which requires consumer reporting agencies to conduct a reasonable reinvestigation of disputed information within 30 days of receiving a consumers dispute.
