This is my second formal complaint regarding Equifax 's failure to remove 2 collection accounts : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that do not belong to me. In my previous complaint, Equifax acknowledged the possibility that I may be a victim of fraudsomething I clearly stated and provided supporting documentation for, including a filed FTC Identity Theft Report and police report. Despite this, Equifax has continued to report the disputed accounts without removing them or providing any documentation validating their legitimacy or confirming I opened them.
