Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone. Experian, after many calls and my second complaint on this issue, still has failed to follow up or correct the issue, see attached screenshot. I am unable to access and/or dispute erroneous information in my credit report via proper channels. This company continues to fail at properly investigate consumer disputes, as outlined in attached lawsuit/complaint filed by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( Bureau ) against Experian Information Solutions , Inc.
