WHAT I WROTE TO WELLS FARGO : Urgent : Fraudulent Charges on My Wells Fargo Debit Card Dear cfpb, I am writing to formally dispute unauthorized charges made on my XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX debit card and to express my concern regarding Wells Fargos refusal to reimburse these funds. While visiting XXXX XXXX with my son, I made a legitimate charge on my debit card. Shortly thereafter, the card was either lost or stolen. Unbeknownst to me, the card was then used for a series of fraudulent transactions at liquor stores and smoke shops in a different city, which are wholly inconsistent with my usual purchasing patterns. I returned to XXXX and resumed using my other Wells Fargo accounts. By Friday evening, my transactions clearly reflect that I was back in the
