Public record. On XXXX/XXXX/2015, I submitted a complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Case # XXXX ). The case was opened due to an open case with the landlord. At this time I am in appeal process and no judgment has been filed on the case. There was a hearing on XXXX/XXXX/2015 but was reset for XXXX/XXXX/2015. Per court documentation a XXXX Oath was filed on XXXX/XXXX/2015. At this time I have not been evicted, and I am currently still in the rental property. I have submitted attachments of the Notice of Appeal, as well as both Order of Trial documents for both dates. Each document has been stamped by the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.
