This is a formal follow-up regarding my previously submitted disputes and complaints against XXXX XXXX Bank , Experian, XXXX, and XXXX As of last week, I mailed formal Final Demand for Deletion and Intent to Sue letters to each party via certified mail. These letters included supporting documentation and clear evidence that : XXXX XXXX Bank reported false and inconsistent account closure dates ( XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX across different bureaus ), continued furnishing inaccurate delinquency data on a closed account, and failed to properly notify me of account closure while still accepting payments.
