Credit card — BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (NJ)

Card was charged for something you did not purchase with the card. On XX/XX/2025 I was in the gym when I got a text from Bank of America asking if I had made a purchase at XXXX to which I replied no. I was then taken through steps to secure my account. I was asked if I had the physical card in my possession and I thought that I had as it was in bag in the gym. I did not realize that my locker had been broken into and my wallet stolen. When I left I realized that my entire wallet had been stolen and my cards along with it. XXXX approved the purchase of XXXX. Bank of America has denied my claim for this 3 times now. I have a police report as well as an incident report from the gym, but Bank of America is not refunding me this. Please advise.
