Debt was paid. In XXXX, I had an ER visit. I paid the imaging and hospital bills in full. Unknown to me, the facility uses a third-party provider for their doctors ( XXXX XXXX XXXX of AZ ). I NEVER received any bills from XXXX XXXX of this year, nearly XXXX years laterwhen I suddenly got a call and letter from a debt collector ( Credit Management Company ) saying I owed {$890.00}. It also hit my credit score, dropping it by XXXX points ( which Ive disputed ). I first called the hospital and learned about the third-party billing ( XXXX ) ( I initially thought it was a mistake at first ). My insurance confirmed no claim was ever submitted by this company.
