Private mortgage insurance (PMI). I've called twice about getting this form emailed over. Both times, I was lied to. During those conversations, I was assured I would receive the form by email that day, by the end of day. I called on XX/XX/XXXX, and I was called after survey feedback on XX/XX/XXXX. The problem has been solved about as much as an elephant salsa dances on tightropes. I also sent an email on XX/XX/XXXX of this year. Still crickets Complaint # XXXX submitted previously is identical. What I wonder is if US Bank is just that incompetent, poorly staffed, or otherwise predisposed to inaction Their own call records and email server will corroborate all I have said as true
