Card opened without my consent or knowledge. XX/XX/XXXX, signed into the credit bureaus to find that someone has added me as an authorized user on a Capital One Credit Card without my consent. I contacted Capital One to be removed at XXXXXXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with XXXX who could not verify the account information or remove me and had me call : XXXX Calling this phone number I spoke with XXXX from the applications department who was able to verify and locate the credit card account associated with my name.
