Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (TX)

Information belongs to someone else. I am disputing an unauthorized hard inquiry that appears on my credit report dated XX/XX/year>, from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I did not authorize or apply for credit with this company on or near that date. I have contacted the bureaus directly but received no resolution. This inquiry is negatively impacting my credit and was made without my consent. I am requesting immediate removal from all credit reports under FCRA guidelines. I have attached a copy of the inquiry as it appears on my report. This has also been previously disputed with XXXX but remains unresolved.
