None. I am filing this complaint against PayPal and several financial institutions due to a serious pattern of mishandling chargebacks and reversals. The issue began when a number of customerswho had previously authorized legitimate transactionsfiled fraudulent chargebacks through their banks or financial institutions. Despite providing clear evidence that these transactions were conscious, voluntary, and legitimate ( including screenshots, contracts, communication records, receipts, and proof of services delivered ), PayPal failed to defend against the chargebacks. PayPal automatically sided with the chargebacks, withdrawing large amounts of money from user accounts without conducting proper investigations.
