Investigation took more than 30 days. I am filing this formal complaint against Experian for their continued failure to correct multiple inaccurate entries on my credit report. I am the victim of identity theft and have previously notified the credit reporting agencies regarding fraudulent accounts and wrong addresses, yet Experian continues to report false, misleading, and unverifiable information in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 U.S. Code 1681.
