Information belongs to someone else. I am filing a formal complaint against Experian for its repeated and willful violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). For over a year, I have submitted multiple disputes and identity theft documentation to Experian regarding fraudulent accounts that were opened without my knowledge or consent. Despite my good faith efforts, Experian continues to allege that these accounts are valid, even though they are the result of identity theft.
