Trying to communicate with the company to fix an issue while managing or servicing your loan. in XXXX they changed the loan number to XXXXwithout notification to my insurance company and in XXXX i got another loan number change to XXXX our original loan number was XXXX this was when we originally closed on the property around XXXX XXXX since the loan numbers were changed the insurance payments that were supposed to be taken out of the escrow account have been taken from my savings instead as the insurance company was not notified of the new loan account numbers. I received the XXXX number forwarded it to my insurance company XXXX they billed uwm the mortgage company and they never received payment. we contacted uwm and they said the loan had been transferred to another uwm agent which chan
