Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (MI)

Public record information inaccurate. I have disputed these public records inaccuracies multiple times and the items still remains. Ive submitted the bankruptcy clerks letter stating that they do not report to credit agencies and pacer court records. Experian, Equifax, and Transunion are all reporting these inaccuracies and has caused denied extension of credit to me. Ive reported ownership validation, multiple different statuses of the case type to be inaccurate, file date reported, and inaccurate case numbers. Ive request validation of the filing and neither credit reporting agency has fulfilled my request in years. According to bankruptcy law you can only file XXXX XXXX XXXX every 8 years.
