Trouble getting information about the card. I have SSI and receive my benefits through XXXX XXXX onto a debit card. I had to get a replacement card. I received it in the mail and tried to activate it but with no luck. XXXX XXXX locked me out of my online account and is refusing to pick up when I call them on the phone. I have rent due and am about to be evicted. They are refusing to activate my new card and will not fix my situation. I need something done immediately.
