Account information incorrect. Despite my request, I have not received any documentation proving that XXXX XXXX legally owns this alleged debt, nor any original contract with XXXX bearing my signature. Additionally, this same debt is being reported under three separate names with the same account number and balance, creating confusion, duplication, and potential double damage to my credit. This violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) 609 ( a ), which requires that all information be verifiable and accurate, and 15 USC 1692g of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), which requires debt collectors to validate debts when requested.
