Public record information inaccurate. I am filing this complaint because Experian continues to report a bankruptcy on my credit report that is unverified and inaccurate. I submitted documentation from the bankruptcy court confirming that they do not report any consumer data to Experian or any other credit bureaus. Experian claimed the bankruptcy was validated, but failed to provide documentation from the original source. Instead, they rely on a third-party vendor, such as XXXX or XXXX, which is not a direct data furnisher and does not satisfy the verification requirements under the FCRA ( 15 U.S.C. 1681e ( b ) ).
