Account status incorrect. I called XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and asked them what was going on with the account. I talked with two different representatives. The last representative explained, investigated and everything else. He finally reached an agreement with me. NOT ONCE DID ANYONE SAY MY ACCOUNT WAS GOING TO COLLECTIONS. I was told that once the payments were made, that I would be able to use my line of credit again. However, XXXX XXXX jsut updated my account with information that XXXX was sent to collections? Collections was never mentioned as it was said that I could use the line of credit again once it was paid off. So not I am curious if that was the truth.
