Debt collection — Affirm Holdings, Inc (CA)

Debt was paid. In XXXX of XXXX I paid off a loan with a 3rd party agency that was originally through affirm. The XXXX was for XXXX & I paid off the balance through settlement. However, my credit report still shows I owe {$230.00}. This is not correct and Ive called Affirm multiple times to correct this. It is now XXXX and my account still shows {$230.00} owed. Affirm reached out to me in XXXX and confirmed they received a {$230.00} credit from the 3rd party agency and made an adjustment to my account however that adjustment is not reflecting on my credit report.
