Didn't receive notice of right to dispute. I sent an email requesting validation of the debt under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) more than XXXX days ago and have not received any response. I am concerned that this debt is not valid and that my rights are being violated. I am requesting a full written response and that any further collection attempts be paused until proper validation is provided. I also do not believe this debt is mine to begin with as to my knowledge have any bills with tmobile when the account was closed. i have tried to call and they just hang up on me
