Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I filled a complaint through you all the CFPB regarding an accuracy reporting on my credit report through Equifax. I received a response from you all from Equifax stating that this account is CFPB Complaint Portal. In your complaint, you indicated that there were inaccurate items reporting on your credit file. Equifax has completed its investigation, including contacting the furnisher of the information, where applicable.
