Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (NY)

Information belongs to someone else. After reviewing my Equifax credit report, I discovered several fraudulent accounts and inquiries that I did not open, authorize, or recognize. These entries are the result of identity theft, which I have formally reported to the Federal Trade Commission ( FTC ). My FTC Identity Theft Report is attached as part of this complaint. The accounts in question include entries from XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX among others. Some show negative payment history or collections, none of which stem from my legitimate financial behavior. These accounts are severely damaging to my credit profile and are completely unrelated to any credit activity Ive initiated. Ive already contacted Equifax, submitted identity documents, and supplied the FTC rep
