Problem making or receiving payments. On XX/XX/year>, Navy Federal Credit Union allowed a {$95.00} debit to XXXX to post to my account, despite me taking steps to block the transaction by freezing my card and previously notifying them of unauthorized activity on the same card. I was told by a representative that freezing the card would prevent further debits, which was false. This charge caused a scheduled XXXX XXXX rent split payment to fail, resulting in immediate rent delinquency.
