Trying to communicate with the company to fix an issue while managing or servicing your loan. XXXX XXXX has repeatedly failed to provide complete and accurate responses to my Requests for Information under RESPA, as required by XXXX C.F.R. XXXX. Despite multiple written requests, they have refused to supply the full final loan delivery file, the physical refund check, internal servicing notes, and clear explanations regarding the XXXX XXXX XXXX and escrow fund disposition. Instead, they have claimed that much of this information is proprietary or confidential even though it directly relates to my own mortgage account. Their partial responses have been contradictory and incomplete, making it impossible for me to reconcile material discrepancies including evidence that the XXXX XXXX
