Debt is not yours. Credence Resource Management has been contacting me and putting debt on my credit report that is not mines. I purchased two phones from XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. The phones were returned to the store within the 7 days on XX/XX/XXXX. I told this company that and they told me I was lying. They sent me a letter recently stating I made a payment on XX/XX/XXXX for {$380.00}, that was not true, XXXX XXXX XXXX credited charges after I reported them to the California Attorney generals office for saying I owed them. I want them to stop reporting and remove this account from my credit report because I do not owe XXXX XXXX XXXX if they continue to do so I will see them in court with my refund receipts and will pursue damages as well. I have attached some proof, but will bring it
