Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. XX/XX/2025, I called in to put both of my accounts in a status of disputed. XXXX capital one employees passed me around for over an hour and a half, all refusing to do what I asked. FDCPA violations have occurred XXXX Imwas on this date. I have had nothing but bad experiences with this company since I opened my accounts. I have never missed a payment and have never been given a credit line increase and nothing has been done to earn or retain my business, in fact the complete opposite has happened and I have been harassed and discriminated against trying to close my cards and not providing me services I am entitled to per our credit agreement. Not filing my disputes are a breech of contract and violates the cr
