Account information incorrect. I have identified serious billing errors under XXXX U.S. CXXXX XXXX ( b ) on my credit report, including unverified late payment marks and the creditor 's failure to accurately reflect payments and credits. Despite my prior formal request for evidence substantiating these late marks, the creditor has failed to provide any legally required proof of investigation or verification. Furthermore, the creditor did not issue a proper billing statement at least 21 days before the due date, as mandated by law, rendering any late payment reporting invalid. This blatant disregard for accurate reporting is unacceptable. I demand that these inaccuracies be immediately corrected by updating the items to 'Paid as Agreed ' or removing them entirely from my credit report.
