Debt collection — Resurgent Capital Services L.P. (CA)

Debt was paid. I mailed a goodwill deletion request to LVNV Funding LLC on XX/XX/year>, from California. The request was regarding a collection account that has already been paid in full. In the letter, I respectfully asked LVNV to consider removing the paid account from my credit reports as a goodwill gesture, as I am actively working to rebuild and maintain a strong credit history. As of today, I have not received a response or acknowledgment from the company.
