Credit inquiries on your report that you don't recognize. I am writing to formally dispute several credit inquiries listed on my credit report. I did not authorize these inquiries, nor did I initiate any applications for credit with the companies listed. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), only inquiries that I have given written or documented permission for should appear on my credit file. Therefore, I respectfully request that you investigate these inquiries and have them removed from my credit report as they do not belong to me. Please confirm in writing once the inquiries have been deleted or provide documentation showing that I gave permission for them. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
