The message was received on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX and referenced an alleged debt with a company called XXXX. The voicemail began by stating : By continuing to listen to this message, you agree that you are XXXX XXXX. This call is an attempt to collect a debt, and any information obtained will be used for that purpose It further stated : If you are not XXXX XXXX, hang up now This message was left as a recorded voicemail, and I strongly believe this may be a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) for the following reasons : Unauthorized Disclosure to Third Parties :
