Account information incorrect. XXXX illegally denied a very expensive claim on my car that was covered under warranty - therefore I had to choose between fixing my car out of pocket, which I needed to get to work, or paying my car payment. Because of this, I have multiple late payments and expensive late payment fees on my account, which has prevented me from completing many things I need to live, as well as caused me extra expenses. XXXX later admitted they incorrectly denied my claim and that it was in fact covered under warranty.
