Reporting company used your report improperly. Credit bureaus and creditors are reporting fraudulent accounts on my credit report without my knowledge, consent, or authorization. This includes accounts from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. These accounts are not mine and involve the unauthorized use of my personal information, including my Social Security number and date of birth. I have formally disputed these items and demanded a reinvestigation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( a ). Despite this, the bureaus continue to report unverified and inaccurate information, which constitutes identity theft and willful noncompliance with federal law.
