Loan opened without my consent or knowledge. I am filing a formal complaint about a fraudulent auto loan account listed on my credit report under the name AM HONDA FIN ( American Honda Finance Corporation ), Account # : XXXX ( or XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I did not open this account, authorize it, or have any involvement with Honda Finance. I have never applied for or signed any documents for a loan with this company. The account appears as opened on XX/XX/year>, with a balance previously listed at {$7500.00}, but now shows as {$0.00} and closed. Despite this, it continues to appear on my credit report and is completely fraudulent. This is a clear case of identity theft. I have already filed an FTC Identity Theft Report and request that this account be removed from my credit
