Funds not received from closed account. I filed a dispute with Citibank regarding a {$3800.00} cash deposit made through a Citibank ATM that was never posted to my account. My internal dispute reference number with Citibank is XXXX. While the dispute was still pending, Citibank closed my account and informed me they would mail any remaining balance by check. I have not received any confirmation of the dispute outcome, and I am concerned that the {$3800.00} will not be returned to me. I am requesting CFPB assistance to ensure Citibank properly completes the dispute process and releases the funds owed to me.
