Debt is not yours. I am writing to formally dispute the collection account that CCS is reporting to the credit bureaus regarding an alleged debt from a company. Upon recently reviewing my credit reports, I was shocked to find this account listed. I have no knowledge or record of ever holding an account with this company, nor have I received any prior communication from your officeincluding but not limited to a phone call, text message, email, or the Dunning notice required by the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ). This lack of notification raises serious concerns regarding the legitimacy, accuracy, and ownership of this alleged debt. This erroneous reporting has caused me significant harm, including difficulty obtaining credit and jeopardizing my pending home loan application. U
