I had a Citi Bank XXXX XXXX XXXX starting around late 2023, for almost two ( 2 ) years ( and it happened over 5 times ) someone called Citi Bank request a credit card replacement and send the new card to an address in California ( I am living in Texas ). Citi Bank notified me of the new credit card being sent as my requested. I called Citi Bank to dispute the activities, Citi Bank fraud protection department agent canceled the card replacement request that being sent to the fraudster and sent me the new credit card to my correct address that they have on file. I took step, lock all of the three ( 3 ) credit bureaus and report of identity theft online with the Identity Theft Agency. A few months later, it happen exactly the same all over again.
