Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — TRANSUNION INTERMEDIATE HOLDINGS, INC. (WA)

Information belongs to someone else. I discovered that a XXXX XXXX account with a {$120.00} balance and charge-off status was reported on my credit file without my knowledge or consent. I did not open or authorize this account and have no relationship with XXXX XXXX. I submitted a formal dispute to the credit bureaus, including my FTC Identity Theft Report, government-issued ID, Social Security card XXXX and proof of address. Despite providing complete documentation, the bureaus failed to remove or block the account as required under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA 605B ). This fraudulent account is damaging my credit and was not verified with any proof of my responsibility. I request full deletion of this account and any related inquiries from my credit report.
