( VW Credit ) and their refusal to consider a goodwill adjustment for a negative credit entry related to my account. I had an account with Volkswagen Credit ( VW Credit ), which was reported with a late payment/negative status to the credit bureaus. While the report is technically accurate, I have since paid the balance in full and have made multiple goodwill requests directly to Volkswagen Credit, asking them to remove the negative entry as a gesture
