Information belongs to someone else. Complaints submitted on XX/XX/year> and XX/XX/year> did not result into an investigation as requested. These accounts were opened in my name and was not authorized by me and is part of identity theft and fraud. I have attached proof that another card was also opened in fraud, and this was investigated properly unlike this account. I have no knowledge of these accounts and never opened an account with the following companies below. I request an immediate removal of this account and a formal investigation.
