Account information incorrect. I was listed as an authorized user on a Citibank credit card account without my knowledge or consent. Upon discovering this, I contacted Citibank directly and requested that I be removed. A Citibank representative confirmed to me by phone that I was successfully removed as an authorized user from the account. I also requested written confirmation of this action ; however, Citibank has yet to provide any written documentation. While both TransUnion and Equifax have removed this account from my credit report following my dispute, Equifax continues to report the account inaccurately. I have submitted XXXX separate disputes regarding this matter, yet the issue remains unresolved.
