Problem during payment process. I am submitting this complaint due to Capital Ones refusal to offer a secure and reasonable alternative for verifying a legitimate transaction between my business account ( of which I am the authorized owner ) and my personal Capital One credit card. After a payment was made from my business account to my personal credit card to cover a balance, Capital One flagged the transaction and immediately blocked my credit card. When I called to resolve the issue, I was told the only option was to conduct a three-way call between Capital One and the other financial institution with no written alternative or formal documentation process allowed.
