Personal information incorrect. In reviewing my credit report, I identified multiple issues that I believe are inaccurate or unauthorized. Specifically : Several hard inquiries were made on my credit file without my knowledge or consent, including inquiries from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX These inquiries occurred on various dates between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. My report also lists multiple incorrect name variations and outdated addresses that I have never used or no longer reside at. These include combinations such as XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and addresses in XXXX and XXXX, PA, which are no longer accurate. In addition, there is a closed account from XXXX XXXX XXXX reporting a past due balance or negative status
