Public record information inaccurate. I am writing to formally dispute the recent response provided in regard to my complaint filed with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ( CFPB ) concerning the inaccurate reporting of a bankruptcy on my credit file. I have serious concerns about the validity of credit bureaus verification process and the credibility of the information allegedly used to substantiate this reporting. The CFPB response states that the disputed public record, labeled as " Bankruptcy - XXXX VERIFIED AS REPORTED, '' has been reviewed and verified.
