Debt collection — Io, Inc. (TX)

Debt is not yours. I am filing this complaint against Receivables Management Systems ( RMS ) and XXXX XXXX XXXX because they are attempting to collect and report a debt that has not been properly validated. RMS recently sent me documents after my debt validation request. However, the information provided is incomplete and does not prove that I legally owe this debt or that they have the right to report it to the credit bureaus. The documentation included a policy statement from XXXX XXXX XXXX but it does not show a full accounting of how a balance of {$220.00} was calculated. It does not include signed documents clearly agreeing to collections, proof of cancellation notices, or a full billing history. Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act FDCPA 15 USC 1692g debt collectors must
