Funds not handled or disbursed as instructed. I deposited a cashier check of {$55000.00} using the etrade mobile app. I waited over a week for it to clear. I asked to wire out money to XXXX XXXX XXXX via XXXXXXXX XXXX to Fund a USD account with XXXX. First problem. This was the second deposit I made where etrade put the funds into my brokerage account instead of my checking account. I had made an earlier deposit for {$8000.00} into my checking acount. I was very careful when I did this. I tried to pay my XXXX bill from my etrade checking after this and the payment bounced because they put the payment into my brokerage instead of my checking.
